How do you apply to get help to pay for child care (in Milwaukee County)?

1. Find the child care home or center you want. Need help choosing?
    
2. Register your kids there and get a registration form.
    
3. Pick an application office.

1. See when they take applications.
2. Call first to see if you need to make an appointment.

4. Pull together what you need to take.

1. Proof of your and your family’s Social Security Numbers.
2. Proof of citizenship or alien status.
3. Proof of the money you make working (like pay stubs).
4. Registration form from the child care home or center.

You can also apply for help with health care at these offices, so you may want to take that information along too!

If you get child care help, go back in every 6 months if you want to keep getting it!!!
